1. Overview
FameLive AI is operated by HRY Group Bilişim İnşaat Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("HRY Group", "we", "us", "our"). The app simulates live broadcasts on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube using AI-generated viewers and chat. We do not broadcast your video anywhere, and we do not sell your data. This policy applies to the FameLive AI app and the famelive.ai website.
The short version: Your camera feed stays on your device. If you talk to AI viewers, your voice is sent only momentarily to an AI provider to generate a reply — we never store audio or video recordings. Screen recordings stay on your phone.
2. Information we collect
Account information
If you create an account, we store the email address, display name, and password hash you provide. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive an opaque identifier and the name/email you authorize them to share.
Subscription & purchase data
When you purchase a Premium subscription, payment is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive a receipt and entitlement state — we never see your card number, billing address, or full purchase history.
App usage & diagnostics
We collect aggregated, non-identifying statistics about how the app is used: which screens are opened, how long sessions last, crash reports, and which platform layouts are simulated. This helps us prioritize fixes and features.
Device information
Standard technical info: device model, OS version, app version, language, country (from the App/Play Store), and a randomly generated install ID that resets when you reinstall the app.
3. Camera, microphone, voice & media
Camera
FameLive AI requests access to your camera so you can see yourself during a rehearsal. Your camera feed stays on your device — it is never uploaded, never stored on our servers, and never used for facial recognition or biometric analysis.
Microphone & voice chat with AI viewers
If you start a voice conversation during a rehearsal, your voice audio is sent to our AI model providers so an AI viewer character can understand what you said and reply on screen. This is the only situation where audio leaves your device.
- Your voice is processed briefly and ephemerally on the AI provider's servers, only to generate a real-time response.
- The AI's reply appears on your screen as a comment from an AI viewer character.
- We do not keep video or audio recordings. We do not store your voice clips after they are processed.
- We do not use your voice for training AI models or for advertising.
- If you do not want voice processing, simply do not use the microphone — the rehearsal works with text input and on-screen viewers alone.
Screen recording
If you enable the optional screen recording feature, the resulting video file is saved only to your phone's local storage. We do not upload, view, or back up your screen recordings. You decide whether to keep, share, or delete them.
In-app chat
Messages shown on the live screen are generated by AI viewer characters in real time. What you type and what the AI replies is displayed on your device. We do not keep a server-side archive of chat content beyond what is technically required to deliver an AI response.
You can revoke camera and microphone access at any time from your phone's system settings.
4. How we use the data we do collect
- To create and maintain your account.
- To deliver the AI-viewer simulation you requested.
- To process Premium subscriptions through the platform stores.
- To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve performance.
- To respond when you contact support.
- To comply with legal obligations.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data. We share limited information only with the following categories of providers, and only as needed to operate the app:
- Cloud hosting: Amazon Web Services / Google Cloud — to host accounts and app configuration.
- AI model providers: OpenAI and similar large-language-model providers — to generate AI viewer chat and voice replies in real time. Voice and text are processed briefly and not retained after the response is delivered.
- Crash & analytics: Sentry and a privacy-respecting analytics tool — to monitor stability and feature usage.
- Payment platforms: Apple and Google — for App Store and Play Store transactions.
- Customer support: our help-desk software — only when you write to us.
We will also disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users and the public.
6. Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (see the Account Deletion page), we remove personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to keep records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Receive a portable copy of your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time.

8. Children
FameLive AI is not intended for users under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA / UK). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact support@famelive.ai and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, scoped tokens, and least-privilege access controls. No system is perfect — but we treat your data like our own.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you in the app and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of FameLive AI after a change means you accept the revised policy.
