Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

FameLive AI is operated by HRY Group Bilişim İnşaat Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("HRY Group", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using the FameLive AI mobile application (the "App") or the famelive.ai website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the European Economic Area and the UK) to use FameLive AI. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has agreed to these terms on your behalf.

3. What the service is — and isn't

FameLive AI is a simulation and rehearsal tool. It generates fake viewers, comments, and reactions to help creators practice. It does not broadcast to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or any other live-streaming service, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password and device secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to deceive third parties — for example by passing off simulated viewer counts as real engagement to brands, sponsors, or audiences.
• Use the App for illegal activity, harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that violates anyone's rights.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the App or its API.
• Attempt to bypass payment for Premium features.
• Interfere with the App's operation or security.
• Use the App in any way that violates Apple's or Google's developer or user terms.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Premium subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription, processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play. By subscribing:

• You authorize the relevant store to charge your payment method on the billing cycle you selected (weekly, monthly, or yearly).
• Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. Cancel from your device settings at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid renewal.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

7. Intellectual property

FameLive AI, its logos, designs, and source code are owned by HRY Group Bilişim İnşaat Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi and protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

You retain ownership of any content you create with the App (e.g. recorded rehearsal videos). By using the App you grant us a limited license to process that content solely as needed to provide the service.

8. Third-party marks

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and any other trademarks referenced in the App belong to their respective owners. They are used only to describe the platform layouts the App helps you rehearse for. We are not affiliated with these companies.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that it will guarantee any creator outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HRY Group Bilişim İnşaat Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) US$50.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if the App is discontinued. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.

12. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Türkiye. If you live in the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.
